William Montgomery Frierson, 58, of Chandler, AZ, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born on December 31, 1966, in Denison, TX, to the late William Frierson and Barbara Skipper.
A devoted father, William is survived by his daughter, Morgan, and his son, Will. He also leaves behind his brother, James; step-mother, Kathy; step-sister, Michelle; and step-brother, Mike.
William dedicated his career to surveying at the Gila River Indian Community, where he took great pride in his work. Outside of his profession, he found joy in watching motocross and spending time in the garage, always tinkering with something new.
He will be remembered for his hardworking nature, quiet humor, and the love he had for his family. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
The family is planning a celebration of life with a date and time to be announced soon. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Arizona Humane Society are suggested.

Monty will be missed. He was the oldest brother of my best friend. I will always remember him as the quiet rocker. Prayers to the family and to those who love him.
