Bunker Family Funerals & Cremation has been part of Mesa since 1913, when the Bunker family first opened its doors to care for this community east of Phoenix. Five generations later, we're still family-owned and still answering the phone ourselves, day or night. Mesa has grown up around us — from the historic blocks near Garden Chapel in downtown Mesa to the neighborhoods surrounding University Chapel in east Mesa — and our staff has grown with it, many of them longtime Mesa residents themselves. Whether your family has deep Mesa roots or you're new to the East Valley, you'll meet a funeral director who lives here, not a call center.
