Terry Gerard Motley, also known as “Teddy Bear” was born January 22,1960 to William and Bertha Motley. Terry graduated from Hammond High in Hammond, In. He later attended college in Powell, Wyoming. Terry joined the U.S. Army. Upon discharge he began working for Greyhound Bus Systems until retirement. Terry loved basketball, barbecuing, and his family. In his youth, he was baptized in Jesus name at Emmanuel Temple Church. When he relocated to Arizona he attended the Brighter Day Deliverance Church. He continued in his faith and belief in God. His parents, William and Bertha, preceded him in death. Terry is survived by his wife, Denise, Children, Jason, Corey (Ebony), Brinjel, Terrance, Zachary, Tyler, Jacob. He has 21 granchildren. Two sisters Cynthia (Lewis) & Angela both of Indianapolis, In. Brothers, Curtis(Stacy) of GulfPort, MS. Tony (Ann) of Birmingham, AL, Richard(Gail) & David of Indianapolis, In. He also has a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Special Friends: John & Sandy Scully Interment at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona Tuesday January 16, 2024 at 10:30 am.
