“You have to catch the rabbit before you can make the stew …”. This was one of many one liners that I learned from Terry. He had a very positive impact on my professional and personal life. He loved, served, and led with passion and conviction. God be with you ’til we meet again …

Terry taught me a lot as a boss, mentor, and friend. He always had words of wisdom to share when they were needed and he was always a willing teacher. He served our country with pride. Thank you! You will be missed by so many. Hugs to all who feel this loss, especially Steven and Michael.
