Rodney James Hansen

Rodney James Hansen Born April 25, 1954 in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. Went to Heaven June 16, 2018 in Gilbert, Arizona after a long hard-fought battle with cancer. He was a military brat and primarily grew up in Fort Huachuca and Sierra Vista, Arizona. After graduating high school from Buena High, he relocated to Tempe, Arizona to attend ASU. “I am a SunDevil!” Rod was a registered nurse for 27 years. He will be deeply missed by all. He is survived by his wife Georgeann, 2 daughters; Michelle Parrish of Lacey, Washington and Danielle Hansen of Mesa. 1 Son, Christopher Hansen of Tempe. 3 grand daughters, Morgan Parrish (Tim), Athena and Ilia Hansen-Shaw. His brother Robert (Ann) of Weatherford, Texas and Aunt Beverly Dalzell of Anchorage, Alaska. He was predeceased by parents Irving and Jean of Sierra Vista, Arizona, 2 brothers; Richard of Yuma and Ronald of Sierra Vista.
