About Michael Neil Kelly

Michael Neil Kelly, 59, passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 24, 2020 in Chandler, AZ. He was born to Neil Kelly and Louise Williams in Safford, Arizona on April 19, 1961. Everyone who knew Mike loved him. He was a successful businessman, amazing father, incredible grandfather and friend to many. Known for his incredible work ethic, amazing sense of humor, and honesty and integrity, he leaves an incredible legacy.

Mike was preceded in death by Neil Kelly (father), Louise Mayhew (mother) and niece (Macy Kelly). He is survived by children: Whitney Gaither, Hunter Wilson (Ari), Murphy Addington (Craig), Sadie Kelly (Dusty), Tyler Kelly and Marlie Kelly. He will forever be loved by grandchildren: Brooklyn, Maddox, London, Berlin, Lincoln, Booker, Sloane, Beckham and Harper.

The viewing will be held on Thursday from 6-8pm at Bunker’s Garden Chapel, 33 North Centennial Way, Mesa, Arizona, 85201. Funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Friday, July 31, 2020 at 1550 N Val Vista Dr. Mesa, Arizona 85213 with a visitation beginning one hour prior to the service at 9:00am.

Oh how we loved your Dad Mike. We were in the same social group back in the mid 1980’s. He was the funniest guy and always made us laugh. He was a true friend to many and his goodness will be missed. Love to Mike and all his family. May you feel the peace that only comes through trusting in the Lord❤️

I was so saddened to hear about the loss of your dad. He and my husband scott who is deceased as well played softball together in the early 80’s on ward and league teams. Such good memories. Mike was such a great friend and a good man. Always so kind and fun to be around. My thoughts are with his children and family. Physical Loss is hard but he will always be present in your life. My you feel the peace and comfort you need.

I got to know Mike in high school and have considered him a dear friend ever since. He was a kind, funny, thoughtful, hard-working man who loved his family. May the Lord bless and comfort them at this time of great loss.

I’m so sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. I was his next door neighbor for the last few years. He always had a smile and kind words for my boys and had such love and patience with sweet Tyler. I hope Tyler is ok.
