Michael James O’Neill, Jr (aka MJ) age 55 was born on Oct 14, 1969 and passed away on Sept. 17, 2025 peacefully at home in Mesa, Az in the loving care of his family and Hospice of the Valley.

He was born in Marquette, Michigan to Michael, Sr and Maureen O’Neill.

He worked for over 25 years at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, Az in a variety of management positions.

He is survived by his daughter Ireland and son Michael, III. His mother Maureen of Michigan and Mesa, his sister Deborah (William) Kurian of Gwinn, Michigan, and brother Andrew of Mesa, Az. He was predeceased by his father Michael, his grandparents and many aunts and uncles from Michigan.

Bunker’s University Chapel of Mesa, AZ assisted the family. Private services will be held and burial will be in Michigan.
