A visitation will be held Friday, January 15, 2016 from 6-11 PM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Gateway Ward Chapel, 2222 N. 40th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008. Funeral services are Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 9 AM, at the same location. Interment will be at the City of Mesa Cemetery, 1212 North Center Street, Mesa, Arizona. Arrangements by Bunker’s Garden Chapel.
