About Mark Alan Fish

Mark Alan Fish, born on May 30, 1954, was called home to be with our Father in Heaven on February 16, 2025.

Mark is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife of 47 years, Debra K. Fish, and their grown children Shawna, Kami, Jonathan, and Jarrod followed by 8 grandchildren.

He now rejoices in Heaven alongside his daughter Brigitta. He is also survived by his brother, Tom Fish.

A man of deep faith and unwavering love for his family, Mark dedicated his life to sharing the gift of music. As a talented music teacher, he inspired countless students through piano instruction and choir direction, leaving a lasting legacy in the hearts of those he taught. His sense of humor brought joy to many, and he found great companionship in the beloved dogs that were part of his family over the years.

Mark’s life was a testament to faith, love, and devotion.

May his memory bring comfort to all who knew him as they take solace in knowing he rests in eternal peace.

I love you Dad.. I know you’re on the other side with our loved ones that have passed as well, and am so grateful to know we will see you again. We will make sure mom is cared for and in passing down all of the wonderful memories of you we have – family outings, daily life, how you and mom met and most importantly … all of the “dad quotes” we remember from you that most always had us smiling – or smirking depending ;). We are devastated at already losing you so quickly in this life .. there is a presence you brought that will never be able to be replaced. However we will be ok. We all love you so much

I’m so sorry for your loss! Mark taught me how to lead a choir. He told me you really have to study the piece, even hours and practice directing it. Then one Saturday evening he called me and said, “We don’t have enough men singing for our musical number tomorrow so I’m going to sing and you can lead.” He just threw me in and I’ve loved leading the ward choir when I’ve been called. Debbie and Mark were great friends! Praying for your family.
