Malcolm “Mac” M Sanders Jr

Malcolm M Sanders Jr. (Mac), 70, passed away peacefully at his home on September 7, 2025 in Mesa Arizona.

He was born to Malcolm and Louise Sanders Sr. on July 23, 1955 in Mesa Arizona.

Mac was active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He married his eternal companion, Viola Nell Sanders on November 11, 2000.

Mac worked at Allied Concrete in Mesa from the young age of 12, until he was badly injured in an automobile accident at the age of 28.

Mac was preceded death by his wife Nell, his parents, Malcolm and Louise Sanders, a sister Lillian Mitchell (Mitch), 2 brothers: Lionel Stafford (Joan) and Lester Stafford. He is survived by his sisters: Charlotte Chuchman (George), Janis Dana (Duane), and Mary Sallaway (Patrick), and a daughter, Jill. Mac loved his family.

Funeral services are Friday, September 12, 2025 at 11 AM, preceded by a family gathering at 10:15 AM, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 4640 E Holmes Ave, Mesa, AZ 85206.

Interment at be at Mountain View Cemetery.
