Kalisi Fonua Mafi, 83 passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 in Mesa, Arizona, USA.

Kalisi was born on June 16, 1942 to Ilaise Tu’ipulotu Kavafele Mafi and Tevita Mafi Mataele in Hofoa, Tongatapu, Tonga.

Kalisi led a very happy filled life with family and friends. There to meet him, is his Eternal Sweetheart, Finau, Son, Amoni, and His precious parents. He is survived by his only daughter, Laukau (JP Pani), sons, Peni (Heidi), Kapono (April), 21 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.

Funeral services are Friday, March 27, 2026 at 10:30 am, preceding a Visitation at 8:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 235 W 10th Ave, Mesa, AZ 85210.
