About John Harlan Mourney

John "Johnny" H. Mourney passed away on May 3, 2026 in Mesa, AZ. He was born December 23, 1953 to Charles & Geraldine Mourney. He was a Mesa Native & graduated from Mesa High School in 1972. He was a good dad, grandpa, brother, & friend. He loved cars & motorcycles - anything that was fast & over-the-top. He worked as a Union Concrete Pump & Crane Operator until he retired. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles & Geraldine & brothers Ronnie & Tommy. He is survived by his daughter Heidi Rodriguez (Dave') of Lockesburg, AR, grandson Daven Rodriguez of Lockesburg, AR, brother Eddie Mourney of Mesa, niece Lisa (Brad) Daniels of Mesa, nephew Ty (Fernando) Mourney of Mesa, Great Nephews Ashton & Chaz Daniels and numerous cousins & family. Graveside services will be held at Mesa Cemetery on Thursday May 28, 2026 at 9:00am.

Its very sad for me hearing about johns passing and say that john was kool guy he was always kool to me always funny laughing liked to talk he was a cdl pump operator for many yrs and loved cars bikes trucks racing i met john through my dad back in the 80s they rode street bikes in mesa tempe Phoenix together had coffee and i was with them alot back then i want to give johns family friends my condolences and sorry for these hard tines it makes me sad and sorry for your loss at least hes not going through no more pain John will be missed by many people Rest in peace John
