Hazel Phyllis Chapman

Hazel Phyllis Chapman, born on February 2, 1940 in Clear Lake, Iowa, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2012. She is survived by her son Curtis Koleber (Sandra) of Maricopa, AZ., her brother Norman Hansen (Judi) of Bakersfield, CA., her sister Delores Ohler (David) of Chandler, AZ. and 10 grandchildren. Hazel will be remembered by all who knew her as a loving person who was always willing to help others. Services will be private. Contact the family for more information.
