About Gerardo “Jerry” Montano Fernandez, Jr.

Gerardo (Jerry) Montano Fernandez Jr. (57) born October 3, 1959 passed away on November 15, 2016.

He has now joined his father, grandmother, sister, brother, and wife who welcomed him with open arms.

He is survived by his six children Frances Fernandez, Jerry Fernandez III, Joseph Fernandez, Adam Fernandez, Rene Uriarte, and Marissa Perkins, his daughter in-laws Sylvia Loya and Jessika Fernandez, as well as 14 grandchildren, his mother Mary Mendivil, two sisters Irene Martinez and Delia Sanchez, two brothers Ben Torres Sr, and Eddie M. Fernandez Sr., as well as Numerous nieces and nephews. He was loved very much by all his family members and may he rest in peace.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 28 th , 2016 from 6-8 PM at Bunker’s University Chapel, 3529 E. University Dr., Mesa, AZ. Funeral service will be held on November 29 th , 2016 at Salt River Memorial Hall, 9849 E. Earll Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85256. Final resting place will be at Salt River Cemetery, 10661 East Palm Lane, Scottsdale, AZ 85256
