Obituary

Francis Lynn Davis, age 59, passed away after a brief illness on June 20, 2017. He was born on Sept 29, 1957 in Holbrook, Arizona, living most of his life in Mesa, Arizona. He was a lifelong mechanic. In later life, he blended that talent with his love of aircraft and worked as a mechanic on antique aircraft. He attended Westwood High School, graduating with the Class of 1976. He later attended Chandler/Gilbert Community College.

Lynn is survived by his wife D’Ann Phelps Davis, sons Aaron and Donnie and daughter Jennifer and seven grandchildren. Lynn is preceded in death by his mother Mary Davis.

Lynn loved hunting, fishing, shooting and anything related to airplanes. But, his most treasured past time was moments with his family.

Lynn’s memorial service will be held Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 4:00pm, with family greeting time prior at 3:00pm. Services will be located at the LDS Chapel at 1483 N Driftwood, Gilbert, Arizona.
