Etheleen Brown Osif

Etheleen Brown Osif, born November 6, 1948, died December 27, 2013 in Scottsdale, Arizona. She was a long time employee of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. She leaves behind her son Raphael, daughter Raquel, as well as many caring relatives and friends. Services are Friday, January 3, 2014 at 9 AM at the Salt River Memorial Hall, 9849 E. Earll Drive, Scottsdale. All choirs are welcome.
