Ellen Suzanne Thomas, 75 passed away unexpectedly on September 9, 2016 in Mesa, Arizona.

Ellen led an adventurous and independent life filled with family, friends, teaching, and her books. She left Detroit, Michigan for adventure in Europe, returning years later to the snowy Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and ultimately landing in Arizona.

She is survived by her husband John, children Kirsten, Karin and Steve, 11 grand- and great-grandchildren and 4 grand-dogs.

We were so sorry to hear about Ellen’s passing so suddenly. We were just with her and John in July out there. All of you will stay in our thoughts and prayers.

I’m very sorry for your loss. It’s my hope that you can draw comfort and strength from Jehovah God’s promises in the Bible at Revelation 21:3, 4 and John 5:28, 29 that there will soon be a time when there will be no more death, and we will see our dead loved ones again.
