Funeral services will be Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 10:30 AM, with visitation at 9:30 AM, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Osborn Ward, 3102 North 18 th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona. Interment will be at Greenwood Memory Lawn, 2300 West Van Buren, Phoenix, Arizona. Arrangements by Bunker’s Garden Chapel.
