Billie Carl Lemings went home to be with the Lord on July 2, 2021 in Mesa, AZ. He was born to Carl and Edith Lemings in Monett, MO in 1933. Billie led a fulfilled life that included service in the United States Air Force which he retired with honors. Billie also had an outstanding career with the Mesa Unified School District where he was well known for his kind heart and willingness to serve. He is survived by his wife Norma Lemings, his two sons Rick and John Lemings, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations to Sunshine Acres are suggested.
