Shari Lee Jones

Shari Lee Jones, age 80, was called home peacefully on September 1, 2026, leaving behind a beautiful legacy of love, faith, laughter, and family.

Shari lived a full and active life surrounded by the people and things she loved most. She had a genuine curiosity about the world and never stopped learning. Whether she was crocheting or knitting, working on a puzzle, learning something new, or especially practicing and learning Spanish, Shari embraced life with enthusiasm and an open heart.

She had a special gift for making friends wherever she went. She loved meeting new people, building friendships, and making those around her feel welcome. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was always ready to be part of the latest shenanigans. Her sense of fun, her willingness to join in, and her ability to find joy in the little moments made her someone who was truly unforgettable.

Shari was also a devout member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served on a mission to New Zealand. Her faith was an important part of her life and provided her with strength, purpose, and hope. She lived her faith not only through her devotion to the Church but through the love, kindness, friendship, and service she shared with others.

Above all, Shari treasured her family. Her greatest joy was the time she spent with the people she loved. She is survived by her stepmom, 4 sisters, 7 children, 23 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, each carrying a piece of her love and her legacy with them. She will be interred in the Mesa Cemetery on Sept. 21, 2026.
