I am deeply saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. He was truly one of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. As a dedicated DC Metropolitan Police Officer, Sergeant, and later a respected manager at TSA, Bill served with integrity, humility, and unwavering commitment.

What I will remember most is his gentle spirit and the goodness he brought into every interaction. Bill always did the right thing, even when no one was watching. His devotion to his wife during her long health struggles was a beautiful testament to his strength of character and the depth of his compassion.

Bill was a remarkable man, a caring friend, and someone who made the world better simply by being in it. He will be deeply missed. My heartfelt condolences to his family and to everyone who loved him.
