Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 1:00 pm, preceded by a visitation at 12:00 pm, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Val Vista Ward Chapel, 745 N. Val Vista Drive, Mesa, AZ. Interment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ.
