Funeral services are Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 10 AM, with visitation at 9 AM, at the LDS Hawes Ward, 2265 S. Hawes, Mesa, AZ. Interment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, Arizona.
