About Gerald Clark Hornbeck

Gerald Clark (Jerry) Hornbeck, was born May 8, 1942, in Greybull, Wyoming. He passed away July 2, 2016 in Salt Lake City, Utah, of heart failure.

He was a Viet Nam veteran, with a Purple Heart. He owned his own construction company. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa, papa and great papa. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, 5 grown children, 17 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, one sister and one brother, and many friends. You were loved by all, and will be missed by all. You will be in our hearts forever; be at peace my love.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 23, from 10 AM to noon, at Bunker’s Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa. A Patriot Guard escort to the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona will take place on Wed., July 27, leaving Bunker’s Garden Chapel promptly at 7:30 AM.
