With our deepest sorrow, we announce that our cherished son, brother, father, uncle and grandson, Nathan Stanley Haenitsch, 39, of Mesa, Arizona passed away on July 31st, 2024 after a short battle with cancer.
Nathan is survived by his parents William Haenitsch & Lysa (Pfoutz) Haas & Mark Haas, grandparents, Stan and DeLyle Pfoutz from Dixon, IL, and Vi (Haenitsch) Echelbarger from Polo, IL, siblings Joani (Haenitsch) Adamson & Megan Haenitsch. He leaves behind his cherished daughter Kaydence Haenitsch and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
There are many memories that we could share about Nathan, or Nate to some. He deeply enjoyed his love for his motorcycle, his dog Kimber, and his hobby of collecting guns. His daughter was his heart and he often told her that he could not live without his heart. He took great pride in his career and supporting his family owned business. He was a man of many trades/talents and could fix and do just about anything anyone asked of him. He retained a knowledge of many things and would love to share. He touched many lives with his kindness and a heart of gold, always ready to lend a helping hand. He was loved and adored by his nieces and nephews and his many friends.
Taken from us too soon, Nathan still had so much to live for and celebrate. His presence in our lives was a gift and his memory will continue to guide us, leaving an incredible mark on all who knew him. Nathan will always be a part of us.
We will be honoring Nathan at a Celebration of Life to be held on September 28th, 2024 at 1:00pm at Franklin Creek State Natural Area – Mill Springs Day Use Area located at 1872 Twist Road Franklin Grove, IL 61031. Our sweet and dear Mother, Shirley Dean Ethington Jones, 79, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 5th, 2024, surrounded by her family, in Mesa, Arizona.
Shirley was born Oct 19th, 1944 to Clarence and Lillian Ethington, who are deceased. Shirley graduated from Chandler High School in 1962. She attended one year of college at Eastern Arizona College in Thatcher, AZ.
Shirley married Robert Jones for time and all eternity in the Mesa, AZ Temple on March 22nd, 1963. Robert and Shirley were married for 61 years. Shirley was a devoted wife and a loving mother. She loved to help her husband work and run the family citrus farm.
She was a very talented seamstress and loved to sew for her family. She loved to decorate her home and had a wedding decorating business that allowed her to use her creative talents. She loved to have her children help with decorating wedding receptions. Shirley had a handicap daughter that she devoted her life to and loved to serve.
She was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in many callings.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert, 3 of her 4 siblings, Norman (deceased), Linda, James, and John, and by 6 of her 7 children, Marlen L. Jones (deceased)(Tami), Troy L. Jones (Dayna), Shana L. Jones, Shella L. Flake (Rex), Jaymie L. Jones (Donna), Shawntel L. Ashcroft (Brian), Shayleen L. Palmer (Timothy), and by 24 out of 25 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.
She was loved and revered by husband, children, and grandchildren and will be missed dearly.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the Lehi ward building of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 830 East Lehi Rd, Mesa, AZ.
A viewing will be held prior to the funeral from 9:00 to 9:45 AM.

With sorrow, the Sirrine family announces that our beloved son, brother, cousin, and uncle, Christopher Gail Sirrine, passed on August 2, 2024. Chris was 37 years old.
He is survived by his parents Dennis & Liz Sirrine, siblings Hollie Lunt (Matt Lunt), Brian Sirrine (Karleen Geddes Sirrine), Jewelia Eagar (Clay Eagar), Nic Sirrine (Kate Carroll Sirrine), Victoria De Oliveira (Rafael De Oliveira), Tia Sirrine, and Brittany Struening (Noel Struening).
Chris was a talented artist and enjoyed skating and snowboarding. He loved cars, the beach, and had great sense of style. Our dear Chris’s warm smile, fun loving personality, and kind heart brightened our family circle and will be missed.
As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Chris loved serving others at the Bishop’s store house, attending the temple, and young adult activities when he was well and able. He also organized scripture study groups to share his love of the gospel.

Bipin K. Jadav was born on the 21st of January 1944 to Khimjibhai and Ratenben Jadav in Broch, India. He grew up in India alongside his brothers Gunvant, Vijay, Mahendra, Rajendra, and his sister Kashmira. As a young man, Bipin had wanted to be a pilot, but ended up going to school to pursue a medical degree. In 1964, he relocated to the UK to pursue a postgraduate degree. He returned to Ahmedabad for the birth of his first son, Tapan, with his wife Hansa.
On the 9th of October 1969, Bipin graduated from Gujarat University with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees. He returned to the UK to continue his studies and pursue his residency in anesthesia. His first wife, Hansa, also a doctor, started a practice in the US, but unexpectedly passed away in 1974 while living in New York City.
Bipin met Melody shortly after the tragedy and were married in 1976. Melody adopted Bipin’s first son, Tapan, and together they welcomed their other two children; Rajkumar in 1978 and Anjalee in 1981.
The Jadav family moved from New Jersey to Globe, Arizona in 1979. Bipin practiced medicine there for a short while before moving to Chandler, Arizona in 1982. Bipin opened his own practice in Chandler and practiced family medicine for over 25 years. He was devoted to medicine and went above and beyond to help his patients. After his retirement, he proudly passed on his practice to his son, Tapan, who also became a doctor. His son, Raj, had a successful computer business in the same building. Bipin was devoted to his family during his lifetime, and was proud of his children’s many accomplishments.
Bipin loved watching Phoenix Suns basketball games, and enjoyed bringing his family to games and introducing them to the various players and coaches that he knew. He also was an exceptional cook; not only was his Indian cooking phenomenal, but he also loved grilling up chicken skewers and Kobe burgers. Bipin loved to travel with his family all over the world and would take them on many family vacations, and enjoyed Bollywood movies.
He was a cancer survivor, having beaten cancer in 2011. He loved his wife, his children, and his grandchildren and shared many memories with them. On July 18th, 2018 he was baptized and became a member of Foothills Community Church.
Bipin’s first son, Tapan, passed away in 2021, and his second son, Raj, passed in 2023. He was deeply affected by the loss of his two sons and was comforted by the thought of eventually reuniting with them in Heaven.
Bipin is survived by his wife, Melody; his siblings Gunvant, Vijay, Mahendra, Rajendra, and Kashmira; his daughter, Anjalee; and his grandchildren, Elissa and Brandon, as well as countless other family, friends, and patients. He is missed dearly.
A service for Bipin will be held at Foothills Community Church, 700 S. Hamilton St., Chandler, AZ 85225 on Sunday, August 25th at 4:00PM.

Rebecca Williams Hall Bentley died on August 4, 2024. Becky was born July 4, 1940 in Safford, Arizona.
She was raised and lived most of her life in Mesa, Arizona. She attended Brigham Young University in both Hawaii and Provo. There she met Bob Bentley, the love of her life. They were married on February 2, 1962 in the Mesa Arizona Temple and had great adventures together for almost 43 years.
Becky loved music and played both the piano and the organ and had a beautiful soprano voice. Becky was a life-long learner who loved reading and the arts. She enjoyed traveling and learning about different cultures. She had a particular love for animals. Becky worked in the Mesa Arizona Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for many years and found great joy in this service. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by eight amazing children: Elizabeth (Robert) Gunnell, Annie (Darren) Rollins, Robert T. (Angela) Bentley, Joanna Bentley-Lee, J. Richard (Chanda) Bentley, Brian L. (Janna) Bentley, Mark F. (Lori) Bentley, C. Blake Bentley, 34 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. In addition, Becky is survived by her 2 beloved sisters—Diane (Al) Krueger and Joan Hall as well as her three brothers—Dale (Jan) Hall, John (Annabel) Hall and William (Jennifer) Hall. She was preceded in death by her fathers; Waldo Williams and Benner Hall; her mother, Geraldine (Hatch) Hall; her infant daughter, Rebecca Diane Bentley; and her dear husband, Robert Frederic Bentley.

Anthony Lewis, known at Tony to his friends and family passed away Friday August 2, 2024 at his home in Scottsdale, AZ. Tony, a welder, had lived in Arizona his entire life.
Gail H Adams, a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2024 at the age of 84. Born on July 30, 1940 in Snowflake, Arizona to Fred and Emma Adams. Gail was a man of unwavering faith and deep religious conviction. His spirituality was the cornerstone of his life, guiding his actions and providing him with strength and solace throughout his journey.
Gail had a lifelong passion for fast cars, heavy equipment, and in recent years working at Calico Springs Film Studio finding joy and fulfillment in creating the western-themed venue and film studio. He was known for his tireless work ethic, dedicating countless hours to his love of the gospel and family history, and worked to instill the same values in his children and grandchildren.
Family was at the heart of Gail’s life. He cherished every moment spent with his loved ones, whether it was working together on a project, sharing stories, or simply enjoying each other’s company. His warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Gail leaves behind his Tender Lady, Bettie Lou Kohl Adams, who was his steadfast companion and confidante for 46 years. In addition to his wife, Gail is survived by his children: Wade Gibbons, Glenn Gibbons, JoLynne (David) Miller, LanNette (Glenn) Brinker, Gail Brent (Stephanie) Adams, Erin (Eric) Connolly, and MeLissa (Cory) Estes, 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, who will forever carry his legacy in their hearts.
A graveside service was held on August 7, 2024 at Mesa Cemetery where family celebrated his life and
honored his memory.
Gail’s spirit of faith, love, and hard work will continue to inspire those he left behind.
Our beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great grandfather, Murray Edwin Woods passed away on July 29, 2024, in Mesa, Arizona. A native Arizonan, Murray was born in Mesa on August 17, 1926, to Vilate Harper and George Tennyson Woods. He had six siblings, George, James, Winifred, Kenneth, Dorothy, and Gordon. All of whom have preceded him in death except Gordon.
Murray attended elementary and secondary school in Tucson, Arizona where the family resided. They returned to Mesa just prior to Murray’s freshman high school year where he attended Mesa High School. He loved attending Mesa High, where he played the saxophone in the school band. He also met the love of his life, Rosalie Nichols during his high school years.
Murray’s high school education was cut short by the outbreak of World War II. He was drafted into the United States Navy in 1944 and left school to serve his country, which he did with honor. Murray’s mother Vilate attended his high school commencement ceremony in May of 1945 and received his graduation diploma from Mesa Superintendent of Schools, Harvey Taylor, on his behalf.
Murray qualified and received training for a Naval signalman. He was training as a signalman when he contracted Rheumatic Fever. He then spent nine months in the Naval Hospital in Dublin, Georgia. When he was finally released, he was deployed on the USS Price for service in the Pacific, but the ship was called back when the Japanese surrendered, and he was soon discharged from military service.
Murray and Rosalie were married June 6, 1947, in the Arizona Temple and spent many happy years together. They raised six children, James Murray, Fred Edwin, Elaine, Steven Lee, Nancy, and Leslie. They enjoyed many wonderful times skiing at Canyon Lake, Lake Powell, San Carlos, Mexico, and the snowy slopes of Purgatory, Colorado. They served in the Mesa Arizona Temple as Ordinance Workers, and, also served as missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the New York, Rochester Mission and Wisconsin, Milwaukee Mission. They loved serving the Lord together.
Murray enjoyed building, and his dream was to have his own construction company. He made that dream a reality and he found his niche building gas stations.
After Rosalie passed away in 2014, Murray married Ann Washburn Nichols, who has lovingly cared for him over the past ten years.
Murray lived a balanced life sustained by hard work and hard play. He lived true and faithful to his Father-in-Heaven and his eternal companion, Rosalie.
Murray is survived by his wife Ann, his six children, James Murray (Peggy), Fred Edwin (Debra), Elaine (Ed), Nancy (Matt), Steve (Janet), and Leslie (Darren, deceased and grandson Brendan deceased). Also, by his 26 grandchildren, 77 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service for Murray E. Woods will be held on August 8, 2024, at the Menlo Park Ward, 2618 N. Lindsay Road, Mesa, Arizona 85213 at 10:00 a.m. with family visitation from 8:30-9:30 at the building. Interment will follow at the City of Mesa Cemetery.

Rita C Willey, 97 of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on July 28, 2024 of natural causes.
She was born in Chester, MA in 1927 and was the daughter of Roy and Marcella Wheeler. Rita and former spouse, Richard Willey (deceased) had 4 children. She is survived by her daughter Leah Knorr of Scottsdale, AZ, her son Vernon Willey of Brussels, Belgium, her brother Leland Wheeler and sister-in-law Pat Wheeler of Westfield, MA. She is predeceased by her sons Brian of Yuma, AZ and Gene of Westfield, MA.
She is also survived by three grandchildren: Jenny Duran of Scottsdale, Carrie Mitooka of Pleasanton, CA, and Danelle Van Metre of Livermore, CA plus seven great grandchildren.
Rita worked hard her entire life. After many years as an office manager for Dr. Jones in West Springfield, MA, she then worked in admitting at Wesson Memorial and Holyoke hospitals. Upon retirement, she relocated to Scottsdale, AZ, where she fully embraced the southwest spirit. She loved the warm climate and was happiest when maintaining her home, doing yoga, and having a cold beer at 4 in the afternoon. She enjoyed several European vacations with her son Vern and exploring Arizona, California, and Mexico with her daughter, Leah. She was full of energy right up until the end and will be missed by many.
John Jay Hollar, 79, of Phoenix lost his battle with cancer on July 28, 2024. A native of Arizona, Jay was born in Mesa to John & Margaret Hollar on April 26, 1945. Jay was raised in Phoenix and graduated from West Phoenix High School in 1963. He continued his education at Arizona State University. After graduating, he was a dedicated & inspired teacher at Gerard Catholic High School, where he taught Spanish & Social Studies until the school closed in 1989.
Jay always loved plants and he spent the years after teaching working with a lawn & garden maintenance company. He enjoyed his morning crossword (don’t interrupt until he’s done) & working in his yard & garden & talking with his neighbors.
Jay was a good friend, always in touch with friends from high school and the students he taught. He had wonderful neighbors and was a good neighbor himself. He will be greatly missed by his sisters Diane (Bob) Crowley and Peggy (Woody) Woodward and his many nieces & nephews. Jay is preceded in death by his parents & big brother Mike (Fran) Hollar. A get-together for family and friends will be held at a later date.
God speed, Jay. We will miss you more than words could ever say.
Unexpectedly passed away at the age of 39 on July 8, 2024. She was born to Clancy and Debbie Cullen on August 18, 1984 in Edina, Minnesota.
Molly and her beloved sis, Stacey, shared many happy times at Disneyland. Stacey lost her long battle with cancer just a few weeks before Molly passed…now maybe they are on their favorite rides together.
Her love of Arizona prompted her to move from Minnesota. Camelback Mountain and Scottsdale called to her, where she enjoyed living for eight years. The weather allowed her to enjoy walking many miles each day.
Molly was the beloved partner to Tomi Karlsson. She loved coming home from work to one of Tomi’s culinary creations. Together they shared the love of music and movies. Her absolutely favorite movie was Wayne’s World, which she made sure Tomi watched many times!
Molly’s passionate artistic and creative talents were endless. Anyone that was lucky enough to watch one of her band or karaoke performances witnessed these talents first hand. That beaming smile and beautiful sparkling eyes showed all of us how much she enjoyed performing.
Molly wrote her own songs and created artistic pieces of artwork, from illustrations to customizing unique pieces of furniture. A pastime she had for a long time was listening to The Dollop podcasts with stories of real people, told with laughter and sincerity. Molly loved being with people, which was evident by her time spent in the service industry, always surrounded by many friends. Her laughter and sense of humor will be missed by her many, many friends who knew her as Mollyface.
Molly was preceded in death by her sister, Stacey Joyner; father, Clancy Cullen; grandparents; and uncles, Larry & Allen Volstad. Survivors include: Partner, Tomi Karlsson; mother, Debbie Cullen; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Susan Glee Melton (née Peacock), born January 4, 1954 in Denver, CO died July 15, 2024 in Mesa, AZ. She is survived by her siblings, Dee Mangels and Jerry Peacock of Mesa, AZ. She is preceded in death by her children, Chad William Melton and Jessica Pauline Melton, as well as her parents Gerald and Cecile Peacock and her step-mother Evelyn Peacock.
Susan spent over 30 years as a Word Processor at Holme Roberts & Owen, LLC (n/k/a Bryan Cave LLP). In addition, she pursued several entrepreneurial enterprises, including working as an independent realtor in the Denver area and owning a successful figure skating boutique, The Skater’s Corner, Inc., in Englewood, CO.
As owner of The Skater’s Corner, Susan became a fixture in the Denver figure skating community. She was well known for adding sparkle and pizzazz to many competitive costumes, while supporting her daughter Jessica’s successful skating career. Jessica, a US Figure Skating Double Gold Medalist and professional skater who toured the world, attributed her success in the sport to her mother’s unwavering support, often working multiple jobs to allow Jessica’s continued training.
Susan was an avid camper and boater in her later working years and early retirement. She and her older sister, dearest friend and confidant, Dee Mangels, would spend weeks at a time camping at Horsetooth Reservoir. Whether it was 10 degrees and snowing in the middle of January or 105 degrees in the middle of July, you’d be hard-pressed to not find Susan and her sister living it up in their camper on the shore or tearing up the mean waves of Horsetooth on their pontoon boat, “Sybaritic Sibs.” Always accompanying them on their adventures was Susan’s beloved basenji, Zahra, who probably loved camping more than the two of them combined – especially when she got her fish treat from the ice tent!
Upon her retirement, Susan moved to Mesa, AZ where she dedicated her time to family, friends, community, and crafts. Over time she encouraged her brother and sister to join her in Mesa, where they established weekly sibling dinners and movie nights in Susan’s living room, more commonly referred to as “The Twilight Lounge.” She was an active member of Hacienda de Valencia’s Neighbor Helping Neighbor, and long-time supporter of the Basenji Rescue. Susan was a consummate crafter, and well known by neighbors and friends for her unique holiday creations.
Susan will be remembered for her loving and giving spirit, the perfect embodiment of her personal motto: “What good shall I do this day?” Her life will be celebrated along with that of her daughter in a “big ol’ party” at a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Basenji Rescue or your favorite charity.

Bernie Zimmer, 77, Mesa, Arizona, passed away peacefully July 14, 2024, after a brief battle with cancer. It is comforting thinking that she is once again dancing in heaven with her beloved husband Mel.
Bernie was born to John Paul and Caroline (Horner) Paul on January 27, 1947, in Linton, North Dakota. Shortly after high school graduation in 1965, Bernie and Mel were married before Mel headed off to Vietnam. Bernie was proudly a homemaker, mother of three, mother-in-law to two, grandmother to four, and great-grandmother to one. Later in life, she went back to school and earned her LPN certification. Outside the home Bernie worked as a nurse in South Dakota and as a teacher for the Head Start program on the Oregon Coast. She loved reading, laughing, Dungeness crab, and playing games, especially with her grandkids. She was also known for her specialty banana bread and heavenly rolls and buns. Bernie and Mel retired to Mesa, Arizona in 2012; where they began their new adventures traveling across the country in their motorhome.
Bernie is survived by her loving children Mel Jr. (Jodi), Tim (Joann), and Julie; grandsons Ryan (Danielle) and Alex; granddaughters Alesha and Sidney; great-grandson, Lucas; and her older brother Ed. Additionally, Bernie leaves behind countless extended family and friends from all over the country. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mel; her parents, John and Caroline; three brothers, Leo, Willie and Eugene; and five sisters, Rose Fischer, Alvina Paul, Isabella Ternes, Luella Reed, and Lillian Sullivan.
Memorial services will be held in Bismark, ND at the chapel at the Parkway Funeral Home (2330 Tyler Parkway) at 10:00 am, Friday September 27, immediately followed by a luncheon and fellowship. There will be a memorial procession to the State Veteran’s Cemetery where she will be buried at 1:00 pm.

Bernard (Bernie) C. Patton, 87, of Scottsdale, Arizona passed away July 17th at the Scottsdale Honor Health Shea hospital after a short illness caused by long-term health issues. He is survived by his wife Joyce Patton of 66 years and three children Pamela (Steve) Wilkison, Barry (Melody) Patton, and Gary (Denise) Patton; four grandchildren – Michaela and Vincent (Koty) Smith, Collin and Vanessa Wilkison (with great grandson “Little” Bernie), Catherine Patton, and Elizabeth Patton; and his sister Patricia Gnieski (William). Bernard was proceeded in death by his brother Robert Patton.
Bernard grew up on farms and in the farming community of south-western Iowa which initiated his life-long love of farming equipment and especially tractors (both historical and new). He especially enjoyed attending fairs, tractor pulls, and other gatherings where historical steam engines and the latest offerings from companies like John Deere were presented. This childhood love led to a career with Deere & Company in their Moline, Illinois Administration Center.
Bernard’s career spanned several companies including Deere & Company, IBM, and American Express. He served mostly in management roles in Information Technology-related departments. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Tarkio College in Missouri and an Executive MBA from Stanford University in California.
Bernie and Joyce moved to Scottsdale, Arizona from Bettendorf, Iowa in 1985. After time with American Express, he branched out by purchasing and running a deli, Bernie’s Deli, in Fashion Square Mall.
Bernard and Joyce contributed charitably to the Honor Health Hospital programs. He enjoyed attending the annual balls and other events at which they could dance to the sounds of Big Bands, one of his favorite forms of music. At home, he enjoyed helping Joyce with neighbor’s dogs, cats, and fish as well as family activities including camping, 4-wheeling, and visiting National Parks.
Bernie and Joyce were members of the Mountain View Presbyterian Church in Scottsdale and enjoyed church services with the wonderful choir and instrumentalists that play there often.
A funeral service is planned at the Bunker Family Garden Chapel (33 North Centennial Way, Mesa, Arizona, 85201) on Monday, July 29, 2024. Viewing at 9:00 am; service at 10:00 am. All friends are welcome. Internment will be in Emerson, Iowa at a date to be determined.

Jennifer Watts Hansen Bawden 74, a Native Arizonan passed away Monday July 22, 2024 in Gilbert, Az.
Jennifer was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Jennifer was a lovely lady with a cheerful nature. She was very involved in the lives of her children and grandchildren.
She loved to laugh and she brought great joy to all who knew her. Jennifer was a writer, artist, scriptorian, and homemaker. She loved doing family history work and attending the temple.
Despite living with type 1 diabetes for over 60 years, Jennifer was eternally optimistic and relied on her faith in Jesus Christ.
Jennifer will be eternally loved by her husband Jay, and their four children Holly (Scott), Dax (Leslie), Adam (Lisa), Nathan (Alison) and 20 grandchildren.
Jennifer is survived by her loving husband Reece and his wonderful children and grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday July 29, at 10:00am with visitation at 9:00am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Citrus Heights Stake Center located at 2549 N. 32nd St. Mesa, Az 85213. Sylvia Dianne Dvorak of Gold Canyon Arizona received her angel’s wings on Saturday, July 20, 2024. She also resided in California for much of her life.
She was preceded by her loving parents Sylvester Dewey Crow and Zilpha Ophelia Crow.
Sylvia retired from nursing after over 25 years of service in labor and delivery, lovingly known to all as Aunt Syl.
Precious memories will always remain in the hearts of her loved ones: Daughter Kimberly Shelton and Son-in-law, Steven Shelton Sr., 3 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren including Jason Dane Reynolds his wife Kiya and Katrynn Reynolds who were extremely close to “Lil Grandma”. Sisters Julia Kirtland & Brother-in-law Gerald Kirtland, Loretta and Doug Penrod, Bessie Wolff, Nita and Jed Fraizer. Nieces Kaylene and Brian Holvenstot, Susannah and Travis Nietz; Katrin and Johnny Verstraete, Cassidy and Sean Crane, Nephews Donald and Deidra Wolff, Timothy and Lisa Wolff, Jason Kirtland, Joshua Kirtland, Christopher Kirtland, Scott and Jenny Lohnes, Tyler Lohnes, and all of their children.
Sylvia or “Aunt Syl” as she was known to so many was the voice of reason, the best storyteller, advice giver, hand holder, supporter, broken heart healer, teacher, nerve calmer, sunshine, heart and soul, comedian, confidant, and Best friend. She had an infectious smile and a contagious laugh!
While our family and her friends, across all states, will miss her dearly, we know there was a celebration when the Lord called her home. There to meet her at the gates of heaven were her Daddy and Mama, niece Cyndi Lohnes, and brother-in-law “Uncle Bob” Wolff.
Love you Mama, more than words can ever say.
