About Cora E. Rozinska

Cora E. Rozinska, 85, passed away peacefully at home on February 24, 2019 in Apache Junction, Arizona.

Mrs. Rozinska was born on May 12, 1933 to Amado and Prudencia Sandoval as the second of three children. She married Kenneth Rozinska on August 1, 1953, and they settled in Salida, Colorado. They have three children.

Cora was a stay-at-home Mom, who worked part time. She enjoyed waiting tables. She moved to Apache Junction, Arizona in 1970 and became a cosmetologist, while continuing to wait tables. She enjoyed time with her family and friends.

Cora was preceded in death by her parents, Amado and Prudencia Sandoval; her brother, Noverto Sandoval; and her husband, Kenneth Rozinska.

Her survivors include her children, Robert Rozinska, Keitha Rozinska, and Denise Bailey; sister, Lillian Valdez; grandchildren, Kandi (Kenneth) Nelson, Christopher (Coley) Harty, Nicole (Kevin) Gray, and Ryan (Amm) Bailey; great-grandchildren, Kyle and Konner Nelson, Ayla and Syrus Gray, Warren and Quentin Harty, and Ethan and Eileen Bailey; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A rosary will be held at 11:00am on March 5, 2019, followed by a memorial service at 11:30am at St. George’s Roman Catholic Parish, 300 East 16th Avenue, Apache Junction, Arizona 85119.

After the service Mrs. Rozinska will be interred at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, joining her husband Kenneth.
